Art is like a box of chocolates; or sometimes a portly Mr. Pink

In pursuit of an art adventure this Winter Break? Head to NYC to enjoy the FREE outdoor “Mr. Pink” exhibition featuring ten whimsical, illuminated sculptures by French artist Philippe Katerine installed across the Flatiron and NoMad neighborhoods only through February 28. The 8-fingered, 10-toed figures, part of the "cuteism" (mignonisme) movement, are located on rooftops and plazas to spread joy, including spots like Flatiron North Plaza and Virgin Hotels New York.

Consider heading to Jay Street on February 20 to enjoy the next Schenectady Art Night!
(It’s held the third Friday each month.)

Did you know that The Clark Museum offers FREE admission each winter (through March 31)?!

Transversely, Storm King is closed for the season and will reopen in April 2026.

On the second Tuesday of each month, The Hyde Collection waives admission fees for all visitors!

Transversely, Mass MOCA is closed on Tuesdays and advanced tickets are recommended for museum visitors on Wednesdays - Mondays from 10 am - 5 pm.
