F Hall, C Hall & D Hall
Snow date January 15
If you’re someone who spends time building with LEGO bricks, sketching constantly, making music, designing houses or spaces, editing videos, creating digital art, sewing, gaming, writing stories, problem-solving creatively, or thinking visually, this evening is for you.
If you’re a parent or community member who wants to better understand how creative interests can translate into meaningful careers, this event is for you too.
We are excited to invite students, families, and community members to our Creative Career Showcase, an evening designed to help attendees learn more about the wide range of careers available in the creative fields.
This event is meant to support students and families at any stage—whether they are just beginning to explore interests, considering college and career pathways, or looking to make connections within the creative community.
The evening will include:
College representatives sharing information about creative programs, majors, and pathways after high school
Creative professionals hosting tables to talk about their careers, education, and real-world experiences
Creative career speaker sessions throughout the evening, offering insight into different creative fields and career journeys
Opportunities to ask questions, network, and explore options in an informal, welcoming setting
Who should attend:
Students in grades K–12 interested in art, design, media, technology, or creative careers (not a drop off event)
Parents and guardians looking to better understand creative career options and postsecondary pathway to explore with their kids
Community members interested in creative professions, networking, or more
Why attend:
Learn about the many career possibilities within the creative industries
Hear directly from professionals and educators working in these fields
Help students make informed decisions about coursework, college, and future career paths
Build connections between students, families, schools, and the creative community
