Trivia Night recap and photos

Our Second Annual Nisk Art Friends Trivia Night Fundraiser was a blast! On Saturday, March 14, emcee and Nisk Art Friends President Leah Costantino stumped many of the nearly 75 attendees and volunteers who flocked to Edison Club for the evening.

During six (often challenging) rounds of trivia, guests chuckled and collaborated their way through three plus entertaining hours of fun! Even the team names — like 2Good2BTrue, The Village Idiots and I Thought This Was Speed Dating — were creative.

The evening successfully collected more than $3,000. All profits raised will help fund art scholarships and ensure that we will be able to continue offering art enrichment courses for the younger art students of NCSD.

Congratulations to the winning team, the Muffinators (pictured above), who were not only the first to purchase their table, topped the leader board during multiple rounds throughout the night and were named our 2026 champions at the end of the night!

Some of the questions from the evening’s fun included:

  • What one word did Merriam-Webster’s editors select to best capture the zeitgeist of 2025?

  • Who was the first president to throw the ceremonial first pitch at a Major League Baseball game?

  • What animal kills the most people each year?
‍ ‍Answers: Slop. William Howard Taft. Mosquitos.

Thank you to everyone who attended, played, and/or volunteered! We hope to see you again next year.
